Shipping Information
All items are mailed within one week of the purchase date. We use USPS for all orders
shipped. Ground shipping takes an average of 2-9 days. Please keep in mind that all
items are handmade when they are ordered. We keep very few items in stock.
Our shipping rates go by the total cost of the items, this includes the Tracking Number.
Please e-mail me first if your shipping address is outside of the United States!

Return & Exchange Information
Please contact us by e-mail, mail or phone before sending any items.
Returns and/or Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the ship date listed on
the invoice. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, include all original
tags attached to the items, and be accompanied by a legible photocopy of the original
receipt.
Unless the return is due to an error by DoggonFancy.com we are unable to refund
original shipping charges or additional shipping charges incurred when making an
exchange.
